While Germans were known for a reputation as the continent's most enthusiastic advocates of public nudity, fresh survey data reveals that Danish individuals are not only more tolerant regarding removing clothes in public, but also more prone to have practiced it.

Study Details

The comprehensive study examined six western European nations – United Kingdom, the Danish nation, the French republic, Germany, Italy and the Spanish kingdom. Data showed that Danes stood out as most inclined to state that public nudity was completely fine – in addition to have done it themselves.

General Attitudes Among Surveyed Countries
